Once you start collecting data for an event and data starts coming through to the dashboard from synced devices, you will be able to view a number of statistics, including the number of leads collected, the app users that collected them, the day they were collected, and stats on emails sent out.
If you have set up an automated email for an event, you are able to check unique opens, total clicks, deliveries and bounces.
View these engagement statistics within the dashboard for your account. You will only be able to see statistics for an event that contains data.
- Select your event in the dashboard.
- Click on the Statistics button at the top right hand corner.
Please Note: Events must be unarchived in order to see the statistics.
